You are requested to submit in both English and Vietnamese a proposal for service provision of external evaluation of the project entitled above. Your proposal could form the basis for contract between you/your team and AAV.

The Social Promotion of the Culture Foundation (FPSC) is a private, non-profit organisation, which since 1987 has worked to support human development and the promotion of culture.
