Supplier to conduct End-line performance evaluation for AVAC Project

We are looking for a Supplier to conduct End-line performance evaluation for AVAC Project.

The selection criteria can be found in attached “Appendix 2–Selection criteria”

Interested suppliers can send their competitive packages in English via email included:

1. Copy of business license/ establishment/ operating license for firm/ research institute/ research organization or Identity card and PIT code for group of consultants
2. Technical proposals for End-line performance evaluation
3. Financial proposals with breakdown cost (attached Appendix1–RFQ) and with confirmation to comply with SCI compulsory policies (as mentioned in Appendix1-RFQ).
4. CVs of team leader and team members
5. List of verified publications/ reports (at least 2 evaluation reports and 1 publication within the last 5 years, in English)
6. Evidence of sustainability criteria (if any)

The competitive offer package must be received no later than 17:00 8^th April 2024. Failure to meet the closing time may result in the offer being void.
