We are looking for a Supplier to conduct End-line performance evaluation for AVAC Project.
The selection criteria can be found in attached “Appendix 2–Selection criteria [1]”
Interested suppliers can send their competitive packages in English via email included:
- Copy of business license/ establishment/ operating license for firm/ research institute/ research organization or Identity card and PIT code for group of consultants
- Technical proposals for End-line performance evaluation
- Financial proposals with breakdown cost (attached Appendix1–RFQ [2]) and with confirmation to comply with SCI compulsory policies (as mentioned in Appendix1-RFQ).
- CVs of team leader and team members
- List of verified publications/ reports (at least 2 evaluation reports and 1 publication within the last 5 years, in English)
- Evidence of sustainability criteria (if any)
