Supplier to provide Water Refinement System for 1-year contract

We are looking for a Supplier to provide Water Refinement System for 1-year contract as attached Invitation to Bid.

The selection criteria can be found in attached “Appendix 3 – Selection criteria”.

Interested suppliers can send their competitive packages in Vietnamese via email included:

1. Copy of business license/ Business registration.
2. Certificate QCVN 01:2009/BYT, QCVN 6-1:2020/BYT, and other certificates required in Appendix 1.
3. Financial proposals with breakdown cost (attached Appendix 1 – RFQ) and with confirmation to comply with SCI compulsory policies (as mentioned in Appendix 1- RFQ).
4. Fulfilled Supplier confirmation form (Appendix 2).
5. Evidence of Sustainability (if any).

The competitive offer package must be received no later than 23:59pm 08- Oct -2024.

Failure to meet the closing time may result in the offer being void.

• All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• Emails should not exceed 15mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails. 
• Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.
