Animals Asia Foundation is a Hong Kong-based government-registered animal welfare charity founded by Jill Robinson MBE in 1998. It is devoted to the needs of wild, domesticated and endangered species throughout Asia and dedicated to ending cruelty and restoring respect for all animals. In Vietnam, Animals Asia has signed an agreement with the Government of Vietnam to establish a world class Vietnam Bear Rescue Centre in Tam Dao National Park, Vinh Phuc Province. Our primary goals are to end bear farming, contribute to the conservation of bears in Vietnam and in the region and improve the welfare of such bears already in captivity.

ADRA in Vietnam is seeking two experienced interpreters to simultaneous translate English-Laos-English at a full-day Dissemination Workshop for Lessons Learned in Hanoi on April 8th. The interpreters should have experience in translating topics related to climate change.
Chemonics seeks up to three interpreter/translators for the USAID-funded Governance for Inclusive Growth Program in Vietnam. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) is assigned by the Government of Vietnam to implement a project for “Support the implementation of PAR Projects in Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da Nang and Ha Tinh”. The project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund. The main objective of project is to support the implementation of the Public Administration Reform projects in 04 localities, including Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da Nang and Ha Tinh.The project consists of 02 main components as follows: 1) Policy dialogue between central and local levels and among localities are strengthened; and (ii) Experiences and lessons learned from local experiments documented and widely shared with central agencies and other localities.
The project has been implemented on the basis of The Public-Private Partnership between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of the Netherlands through the Letter of Intent for "The cooperation to strengthen the sustainable cocoa development in Vietnam," signed on 28/03/2011 between the Netherlands Embassy, the Ministry of Agriculture and rural Development of Vietnam (MARD) and a number of partners supporting the project including Cargill, Mars and Rabobank Foundation.
The goal of the project is to strengthen the sustainable cocoa development in Vietnam, starting from Dak Lak province. The models then will be expanded to other provinces. High quality fermented cocoa beans will be produced so that the Vietnamese cocoa beans can approach the international market.
