[Capacity Development] CWDG Meeting - "Transitions in Vietnam" - 23rd November, 9:30am, NGO Resource Centre.

Hello Everyone,

The Capacity Development Working Group (CDWG) would like to invite you to
our last meeting of 2011. It is an exciting event that will discuss the
changing context of development and overseas aid within Vietnam and the
opportunities and challenges this represents.

What is the profile of development aid in the next few years? What is
driving these changes? How are international NGOs responding to such
changes, and how can Vietnamese Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) respond
to both the challenges and opportunities these changes represent?


We shall hear about these perspectives from an international donor, an INGO
and a Vietnamese NGO that has responded to these transitions, and there
will be an opportunity to discuss such issues.
