Chào các Anh/Chị tổ chức phi lợi nhuận,

Trung tâm LIN vừa được sự đồng ý của một nhà tài trợ nạc danh mong muốn hỗ
trợ "tích cực" cho các tổ chức phi lợi nhuận địa phương, nhà tài trợ này đã
cam kết nâng số ngân sách tài trợ lên cho 3 dự án vào chung kết của Vòng
tài trợ Rút Ngắn Khoảng Cách này lên thành *600 triệu đồng* (Giải nhất), *400
triệu đồng* (giải nhì) và* 200 triệu đồng* (giải ba), 3 giải khuyến khích
vào vòng trong (vòng 6 đội bầu chọn online) sẽ nhận được khoảng ngân sách
nhỏ là *42 triệu đồng*.

*Thông tin Vòng tài trợ: *

Trung tâm Hỗ trợ Phát triển Cộng đồng LIN kêu gọi đề xuất dự án từ các tổ
chức phi lợi nhuận địa phương (NPO) đang làm việc để cải thiện* tiếp cận
giáo dục* cho những nhóm người dễ bị tổn thương tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
hoặc các tỉnh lân cận. Đây là vòng tài trợ thứ hai của LIN trong năm 2014
và là lần thứ tư của các khoản tài trợ tập trung vào một chủ đề cụ thể.
Tham gia vào vòng tài trợ này, LIN sẽ mang đến cho các tổ chức những hỗ trợ
không chỉ về mặt tài chính mà còn truyền thông, tư vấn một-một, nâng cao
năng lực và kết nối tình nguyện viên chuyên môn.

Mục tiêu của LIN khi cung cấp gói tài trợ này là:

   - Nâng cao nhận thức và thu hút sự chú ý về nhu cầu của những nhóm người
   dễ bị tổn thương cũng như những tổ chức phi lợi nhuận đang hỗ trợ những
   nhóm người này.
   - Đầu tư vào những dự án giúp xóa bỏ rào cản và/hoặc cải thiện tiếp cận
   với giáo dục chất lượng cho những nhóm người dễ bị tổn thương đang sinh
   sống tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và các tỉnh lân cận.
   - Hỗ trợ những tổ chức phi lợi nhuận địa phương đang làm việc để đáp ứng
   nhu cầu của những nhóm người dễ bị tổn thương trong cộng đồng và cải thiện
   việc tiếp cận công bằng với các cơ hội.
   - Nâng cao năng lực cho các tổ chức phi lợi nhuận thông qua việc xây
   dựng kỹ năng trong quá trình nộp đề xuất dự án và thực hiện dự án được tài
   trợ.
   - Kết nối những người có nguồn lực và muốn chia sẻ với các tổ chức để
   phát triển cộng đồng nơi chúng ta đang sinh sống và làm việc một cách hiệu
   quả.
   - Kết nối mọi người vì một mục tiêu chung.

Dear Colleagues,

The LIN Center for Community Development is calling for proposals from
*local*, not-for-profit organizations (NPOs) who are working to improve
access to *EDUCATION* on behalf of vulnerable groups located in Ho Chi Minh
City or nearby Provinces.

LIN is pleased to announce that its second grant round in 2014 will offer
three grants in the amounts of 600 million dong (First Prize), 400 million
dong (second prize) and 200 million dong (third prize), in addition to
consolation prizes to NPOs that make it into the semi-finals. For details,
please review the attached call for proposals (EN and VN versions).  You

In addition to financial support, participation in LIN’s thematic grant
round offers NPOs access to directed technical assistance (creating visual
aids, communication strategies, project consultation and one-on-one
volunteer support) as well as public exposure and networking with donors
and volunteers that are interested in supporting education related
projects.



LIN’s objectives in offering this grant include:

   - To raise awareness and draw attention to the needs of marginalized
   groups and to local nonprofit organizations that work to support those
   groups.
   - To invest in projects helping to remove barriers and/or promote access
   to a quality education for marginalized groups who are living in and near
   Ho Chi Minh City.
   - To support local not-for-profit organizations who are working to meet
   the needs of the marginalized people in our communities and to promote
   equal access to opportunities.
   - To increase the capacity of local not-for-profit organizations through
   skills building during the application process and throughout
   implementation of the funded projects.
   - To connect resourceful people who want to share with organizations in
   order to improve effectively the communities in which we live and work.
   - To bring people together for a common cause.


The deadline for submitting proposals for this round is close of business
(17:00) on Thursday, 26 June 2014.
