Dear everyone,

In the recent years, the major international aids agencies are phasing
out from newly emerged economies such as Vietnam, many not-for-profit
organisations are looking for ways to enhance their sustainability,
diversify their income sources and become less dependent on external
funding. One possibility is social entrepreneurship, i.e. offering
valuable products and services, in line with your mission, that are
(partially) paid and at the same time contribute to a meaningful social
impact. Social entrepreneurship combines a market orientation with a
social purpose, generating both financial and social revenues.

Join our training on From NGO to Social Enterprise (2 - 5 July 2019 in
Bangkok, Thailand) and you/your staff will:

Understand what a social enterprise is: characteristics, elements and
the differences with an NGO
Understand the what and how of a social enterprise: business models,
value proposition, financing streams and outputs
Learn a step-by-step approach to transforming (parts of) your NGO into
a social enterprise.
Learn how to complement an enterprise approach with a domestic support
raising (DSR) approach; complementing financial sustainability with a
‘social license to operate.
The course flyer is attached. For more information and registration,
