National Institute for Educational Sciences (VNIES), Ha Noi National 
University of Education (HNUE) and the Flemish Association for 
Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance, Belgium (VVOB).

The conference is aimed at enhancing the dialogue on concrete dimensions 
of ICT in education in Vietnam and reflecting on a vision on education 
and the role of ICT in education innovation and change.
