Oxfam được trả 1 khoản gratuity là 6% of total yearly income, calculate per completed year.
Lương trong hợp đồng là gross VND nhé.

Dear mọi người,

Bên mình đang review lại chính sách nhân sự cho Việt Nam và có hai mục muốn tham khảo với các tổ chức:

  *   Có tổ chức nào có quỹ pension, trả cho nhân viên khi nghỉ việc (ngoài việc đóng BHXH bắt buộc hàng tháng) không ạ?
  *   Tiền lương trong hợp đồng lao động là VND hay USD?

Mình sẽ tổng hợp thông tin và chia sẻ lại với các tổ chức. Rất mong mọi người chia sẻ.
