[Ngo-admin] Pension & currency in labor contracts

Dear c Thanh,
Tổ chức MCNV thì ko có khoản pension, ngày trc thì MCNv có trích thêm 1 tháng lương nhưng từ ngày có BHTN thì bỏ khoản này.
MCNV cũng trả VND cho thuận tiện thay vì trả usd
