CARE is looking for National Consultant to conduct a final evaluation for "Financial Linkage for Inclusion: Remote Ethnic Minority Women" project, details as  TOR attached.

Application include:


*         CV in English,

*          A Impact assessment protocol including proposed methodology, fieldwork plan, data processing and analysis proposal, quality control plan,

*         An example of a previous similar piece of work
