[Ngo-lwg] Short-term consultant needed

Dear all,
MDF Asia Vietnam is looking for a short-term national consultant to
join our project team for a 10-day field work (5 in Vietnam and 5 in
Cambodia) in July and August 2018. This is a part of a mid-term review
project to assess a strategic partnership. The requirements are below.
a) >3 year international experience in evaluating large scale and
complex programmes (multiple theme and multiple countries) 
b) Experience in evaluation of influencing programs
c) Experience in evaluation of capacity development work
d) Demonstrated experience with analyzing gender dimensions
e) Experience with international (I)NGO’s
f) Good coordination and motivation skills
g) Excellent analytical and writing skills
h) Strong communication skills that are culturally sensitive
i) Good command of English
