trainings, meeting, workshops. Transferring skills and knowledge is

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE COURSE? 
	●  You are a trainer, teacher at all levels, facilitator or
any staff of NGO, GO, and/or private sector involved in designing and
conducting learning sessions, workshops or meetings. 
	●  You are keen to continue developing your knowledge and
skills as a professional, practical, and effective trainer/facilitator.
COURSE OBJECTIVE
By the end of this course, you:
	●  Can design a quality training programme based on learning
needs and styles.
	●  Can design and deliver attractive and interactive learning
sessions with participatory training methods and facilitation skills.
MEET YOUR TRAINER

Mr. Do Viet Dung's background is a general practitioner with more than
16 years of experience in training, capacity building and consultancy
services. He himself developed technical guidelines, training curriculum
and materials, designed and directly carried out a large number of basic
and advanced training courses in different areas such as Project
management, Behavior change communication, Effective communication and
partnership at work place, HIV/AIDS, Sexual and reproductive health,
Gender equality and mainstreaming, Gender based violence and sexual
harassment prevention, Coaching, Monitoring and evaluation, Soft skills,
Participatory TOT training and facilitation skills for community-based
development programs of International NGOs
and UN in Vietnam (World Vision International, Family Health
International, Burnet Institute, CARE International, Pact International,
IOM, ILO, etc).
