In order to provide information about current development programs and
policies related to supply and support for the access and use of energy of
the poor as well as to create an open forum for multi-stakeholder to
discuss opportunities and challenges related to the poor’s energy access
and consumption, Green Innovation and Development Centre (GreenID) on
behalf of Vietnam Sustainable Energy Alliance (VSEA) organizes the dialogue
“Energy and the poor”. This is an activity of project “Strategies for
Fossil Fuel” by VSEA.
