Purpose: Social & Scientific Systems, Inc. (SSS) is opening an office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to support research activities in Vietnam that are conducted as part of Southeast Asia Infectious Disease Clinical Research Network (SEA ICRN). The main objective of the SEA ICRN project is to support the development and implementation of research studies at selected sites. The SSS office in Vietnam will manage the clinical, administrative and business operations associated with the research activities, reporting back to the SSS Management Team at corporate headquarters, located in Silver Spring, Maryland, USA.

They are seeking a HCMC-based representative to coordinate and administer a patient assistance program in Viet Nam. This patient assistance coordinator will inform patients of treatment options, provide advocacy services on the patient’s behalf and share referrals as needed.
Required: - Written and verbal Fluency in both English and Vietnamese - Strong computer and internet skills
Preferred: - Experience in health field (social work, nursing, counseling or health administration) is preferred but not mandatory.
