The Administrative and Finance Assistant works under the direct supervision of the National Officer in charge of the Rural Youth Employment Programme who will report on all administrative/finance matters as well as technical issues to the Director of the ILO Office in Hanoi. The incumbent will assist in supporting of the smooth functioning of the projects and may also be called upon to travel to provinces in Vietnam..
