Project Management Unit of Vietnam Green Growth Support Facility (VGGSF) is seeking a consultant team consisting of three national individuals under the Procurement Package No. 5 of the VGGSF Procurement Plan 2015 for development of green growth action plans at provincial level for Ha Tinh, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan.
The objective of the consultancy is to elaborate the green growth action plans of three provinces of Ha Tinh, Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan, based on the marginal cost abatement curve (MACC) approach and templates provided by Ministry of Planning and Investment.
