(MSI) is currently seeking a short term consultant for the position of Gender Specialist for the USAID- funded Vietnam Evaluation, Monitoring, and Survey Services. The project is assisting USAID/Vietnam in designing and implementing various evaluations, monitoring surveys, and performance management studies.
