National Institute of Agricultural Planning & Projection (NIAPP) and local partners are implementing the project on Disability Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction and Income Diversification for ethnic minorities of Viet Nam, supported by CBM Germany, for a period of 4 years (2015-2018) in Kon Tum, the Central Highland, Viet Nam.
