FHI 360 is an international non-governmental organization that collaborates with Vietnam Ministry of Health and other national bodies as well as provincial and district-level health services to promote the health and well-being of the Vietnamese people.

We are currently implementing Abundant Health (AH) program in Ho Chi Minh City, this is a community-based program focusing on non-communicable diseases (NCDs), is being implemented with the HCMC Department of Health. Two main aims of this innovative program are to 1) increase the identification of diabetes (DM) and hypertension (HTN), and 2) increase the quantity and retention of DM/HTN patients at the Commune Health Stations (CHS).
