TERMS OF REFERENCE

RECRUITMENT OF 1 CONSULTANT TO CONDUCT TRAINING ON GENDER
AND GENDER EQUALITY FOR STAFF OF SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS

1.      PROJECT INFORMATION

Ho Chi Minh City Child Association (HCWA) and Save the Children International in Vietnam (SCI) are implementing the project "Supporting youth and children in response to COVID-19" funded by the European Union (abbreviated: project EU_CYC). The project aims that civil society organizations (CSOs) in Ho Chi Minh City (SOs) can address the challenges engendered by the COVID-19 pandemic and extend their support to migrant adolescents and children, especially those who are gender-vulnerable (such as girls, non-binary groups) so that they can access social protection services and decent work.

2.      RECRUITMENT POSITION

• Recruiting 1 trainer to conduct a 3-day training session on Gender and Gender Equality
• Participants: staff of HCWA and other social organizations

3.      HOW TO SUBMIT APPLICATION

2. resume and work experience as consultant;
3. technical proposal / work implementation plan;
4. financial proposal (including all costs associated with the consultancy in the course of performing work under this TOR).
