1. Chief of party Chemonics seeks a chief of party for an anticipated USAID funded project to support a program of cooperation with the Institute for Legislative Studies of the National Assembly of Vietnam. The program will provide technical assistance, training, and other support to increase the professionalization of legislative research services within the National Assembly. The COP will be responsible for providing vision, technical leadership, management, and administrative oversight of the program. He/she will also act as a technical advisor to the Institute for Legislative Studies (ILS), providing direct technical assistance, advice, mentoring, and training to the staff of the ILS.
