Consultants to carry out Midterm Review of the project “Early Childhood Development Project in Gia Lai Province”
After two years of project implementation, both implementing organizations (Plan in Vietnam and Department of Education and Training of Gialai province) and the donors feel the need to have a comprehensive review of the project in order to give recommendations, as necessary, for the second and final phase of project planning and implementation.
The project, Enhancing the capacities of disaster risk reduction practitioners in Viet Nam through the consolidation of best practices and lessons learnt for community based disaster risk management, vulnerability capacity assessment and disaster response mechanisms, funded by European Union humanitarian aid, supports disaster risk reduction (DRR) practitioners in Viet Nam to be better equipped and prepared to implement and disseminate disaster risk management programs.
The project will be implemented by the Vietnamese Red Cross (VNRC) with support from the four the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the German Red Cross (GRC), and the Spanish Red Cross (SRC).
