After COP 21: The Paris Agreement and its Implications for Vietnam

On 21st January 2016, CCWG in cooperation with Department for Meteorology, Hydrology (DMHCC) and Climate Change organized successfully a workshop namely "After COP21: The Paris Agreement and its implication for Vietnam" with a view to share the achievements of COP 21, main contents of Paris Agreement and it's implications to Vietnam as well as to discuss the next steps to implement the Agreement.

The workshop was chaired by DMHCC and gather a number of representatives from NGOs, research institutes, universities, embassies, development organizations, media and individuals.

Community-based climate change initiatives documentation by CCWG

On 8th December, at Vietnam Pavilion, Le Bourget, Paris, France - as a side event of COP 21 (Climate Change Negogitation Conference of UNFCCC), CCWG has launched the new documentation namely "Community-Based Climate Change Initiatives in Vietnam" with experiences of the members of the network. Regional workshop on Climate Change - A road to COP 21

As the 21st Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 21) is to adopt a new global climate agreement, it is therefore significant CSOs share collective perspectives as input for this agreement and be engaged in the process.
