Abt Associates Inc. is seeking a candidate for a full time position on its USAID-funded TASC3 Avian Influenza Vietnam project aims to strengthen Vietnam’s public and private capacities to prevent, rapidly detect, and respond to avian and pandemic influenza (API) and other zoonotic threats; and to begin preparing for a possible human influenza pandemic. 

The Training Manager’s activities include: 
- Lead development of a project-wide training plan to incorporate all project components and address the training process, from needs assessment to evaluation.
- Adapt or develop training of trainers curriculum and modules focused on training skills

Job description

Purpose and duration:
To take care of  the administrative tasks relating to office management and the projects, in order to support the Netherlands Red Cross in Vietnam to effectively carry out its programme, including support to Vietnam Red Cross and alignment with donor requirements.
The Administration Officer will be assigned to the Office of the Netherlands Red Cross in Hanoi on a full time basis. In this capacity his/her specific duties and responsibilities include:

Office administration
- Contribute to a smooth running office, by taking care of:
- Purchase office supply and stock keeping;
- Procure office equipment, and update fixed asset register accordingly;
