UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from international individual consultants and consultants assigned by consulting firms/institutions to conduct Research Study on Court Administration of an Eastern European country in transitioning toward a rule-of-law state, under the Project “Strengthening Access to Justice and Protection of Rights”.

The main objectives of the research study are:
1. To describe the court governance and administration systems that the studied country has adopted; and to analyze the way and trend in which the country’s judicial system (within its political, cultural and institutional context) enhance or undermine the independence and impartiality of judicial decision-making. 

SNV - Netherlands Development Organisation is a Non-Governmental Organisation working in Vietnam since 1995. SNV supports local organisations (state and non-state) in poverty reduction, mostly at the meso level, through a combination of advisory, knowledge brokering and advocacy services. SNV Vietnam invests in different programs, i.e. Agriculture & Forest Products, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation, Renewable Energy/Biogas, Pro-Poor Sustainable Tourism, Inclusive Business and Climate Change.

Starting Salary is £23,090 net per annum (Oxfam can offer more to very experienced and skilled candidates)

Under the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) framework and United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Pact supports a wide range of international and local non-governmental organizations to carry out HIV/AIDS prevention, care, support and treatment projects in Viet Nam.
