Projects’ Goal: To realize a world where everyone has a decent place to live, through the provision of adequate, disaster resistant, housing, water and sanitation solutions. PyD is INGO of Spain started working in Vietnam at the beginning of 2006 with implementation of the programme attaining gender equality, domestic violence prevention and supporting economic empowerment for women. In 2008-2009, PyD has supported Vietnam Women’s Union and TYM Fund (Microfinance Institution) in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An training for more than 8000 poor women in Gender and Business.. An assessment is needed to see the impact on the beneficiaries’ business performance.
