Main  Responsibilities:  The position assists the Finance, Administration & IT  Director  to ensure financial records comply with WV Financial Policies and Procedures, by assisting with the preparation of accounting reports and statements,  reconciling accounts, processing and reviewing journal entries and  vouchers,  processing  National  Staff  monthly  payroll and providing support to achieve all Finance Department and audit requirements.

Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting or Financial Management.

Job summary:
- To provide operational, logistical management and technical support to the program “Comprehensive PMTCT services for especially vulnerable women in Vietnam” and other programs or projects of HIV team of MCNV
- The program Officer is responsible to the operational officer for operational tasks and the Senior Advisor for HIV/AIDS program for the technical tasks, and is finally responsible to the Country Representative (CR).

This position is based in Hanoi and requires extensive travel to the field in North Vietnam.

World  Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the PROGRAM  OFFICER  position,  working for the ECHO – funded “Typhoon Ketsana Emergency Recovery and Rehabilitation Program” in Quang, Tri, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai provinces. This position is based in Hanoi with extensive travel to the field areas, five-month contract with possibility of extension and a very competitive salary and benefit package.

Main  Responsibilities: 
Under  supervision  of  the  National  Relief  and Disaster  Mitigation  Coordinator,  ensure  day-to-day  management  of  the project activities in the target areas.
