The Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) is assigned by the Government of Vietnam to implement a project for “Strengthening the capacity of Vietnamese Government’s agencies in accelerating and improving PAR efficiency and effectiveness”. The project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund. AHT Consultant Office is looking for the long-term National Protected Area Specialist (PAM Specialist) for the PNKB project in Dong Hoi, Quang Binh.
The National PAM Specialist assists the Chief Technical Advisor in technical matters regarding protected area management and biodiversity conservation, and in liaison with the Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park and relevant line departments and government agencies.
