We are looking for Esteemed Suppliers to conduct the Research “Go-to-market Strategy for “Vui đọc cùng em” Reading Application.
Detailed information can be found in attached Invitation.
Interested suppliers can send their competitive packages in English via email included:
- Copy a business registration certificate or an operating license in the relevant field specifically in market research. If collaborating with other entities, joint venture agreement should be submitted.
- Technical proposals.
- Financial proposals with breakdown cost (attached Appendix 1 – RFQ) and with confirmation to comply with SCI compulsory policies (as mentioned in Appendix 1- RFQ).
- Supplier confirmation- Appendix 2
- CVs of team leader, team members, team marketing.
- 02 sample reports: 01 report from the company and 01 report from team leader.
- Evidence of sustainability criteria (if any).
The competitive offer package must be received no later than 24:00 –22nd Dec 2024. Failure to meet the closing time may result in the offer being void.

- The subject of the email should be “PR560957-ANCP2- “Go to market Strategy for “Vui đọc cùng em” Reading Application” – ‘Supplier Name’, ‘Date’’, Technical proposal/ Commercial proposal.
- All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
- Emails should not exceed 15mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails.
- Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.
