Dear Ms. Thi Yen, 

 

 

           I was told that your organization might be able to refer expert
consultants for an ADB project tender.  Currently, my company is preparing a
proposal for an ADB project regarding gender-neutral initiatives for climate
change mitigation.   It spans Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. The
project is for two years, starting in November 2012 to November 2014. We are
assembling a 12-person team for the position, but are currently looking for
three positions: 

*	Regional Coordinator (30 months/based in Bangkok, full time)
*	Social Development/Gender expert (based in Vietnam, 3 months, part
time)
*	Carbon Finance Specialist (Cambodia, 4 months, part time) 

         I have attached the profiles to these positions for your perusal.
