Enfants&Developpement (E&D) is a French NGO working in the field of Child-focused Development in Vietnam since 1993. E&D is implementing a Child friendly communities and districts project in Si Ma Cai and Bac Ha districts (Lao cai province). This position has overall responsibility of the education component of the project. Working base is in Hanoi, but monthly working time in the field (Bac Ha and Si Ma Cai) is compulsory (at least 12 days/month). This position is under the direct supervision of the Project Manager (PM). She/he will have the following responsibilities and duties:

The Academy for Educational Development is recruiting for a Deputy Chief of Party for an anticipated USAID-funded Supporting Civil Society Strengthening and Peace Building in Thailand. The Deputy Chief of Party will be based in Bangkok and is expected to remain in the position for the duration of this potentially five year program. This program will work to foster constructive civil society engagement with the Royal Thai Government (RTG). Program Objectives include enhancing the capacities of key independent agencies for oversight; strengthening the capacity of Thai civil society organizations and media; and supporting civic peace building efforts in southern Thailand.
CECI is seeking an International Consultant to support the assessment and documentation of the BCRD project experiences and results to support dissemination of information about the project activities, lessons learned and practices of CBDRM implementation in mountain and upland areas with other government and other development stakeholders. The assignment is expected to take three months. The Terms of Reference include:
1. Prepare a methodology for reviewing the project activities and results, including field site visits and interviews with staff partners and beneficiaries, and carry it out. 2. Develop a format for reporting lessons learned and practices for the purposes of dissemination and information sharing.
