The Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) is assigned by the Government of Vietnam to implement a project for “Strengthening the capacity of Vietnamese Government’s agencies in accelerating and improving PAR efficiency and effectiveness”. The project consists of 4 main components as follows: 1) Public Administration Reform process management and policy development strengthened; 2) Alternatives public service delivery reforms assessed and piloted; 3) Local government reform; 4) PAR communication/information improved and PAR partnership strengthened.
Pathfinder International (PI) is a US-based NGO whose mission in Viet Nam is to improve sexual and reproductive health (RH) through capacity building and policy-focused initiatives that respond to the needs of the society. To this end, PI supports efforts to strengthen pre-service and in-service training in reproductive health, including core clinical reproductive health practices, youth-friendly services and HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment. In addition, PI works to strengthen reproductive health management practices and policies supportive of quality RH training and services.
