Lux-Development, the Executing Agency for Bilateral Co-operation financed by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is assisting the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism (MCST) to implement project aiming at “Strengthening of Human Resources in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry in Vietnam”.
The overall objective of this project is to supply the hospitality and tourism industry in key tourist zones identified by the Government of Vietnam with qualified personnel, and the specific objective is to increase the quantity and to improve the quality of graduates from selected tourism schools/colleges in key tourist zones through upgraded capacity of schools to deliver practice-oriented and demand-driven training.

MCC is a Northern American-based non-governmental organization that has been operating in Vietnam since 1954. In 1990, MCC was allowed to open its Representative Office in Hanoi working with partners to implement projects in agriculture, water and sanitation, women's and children's health, preschool education. MCC is currently looking for a qualified Project Officer (PO) to be mainly responsible for the Water and Sanitation project.

Reports To: The Senior Project Officer.
Location: Hanoi with travel to project sites.

1. Health Partnership Group Administrator
WHO is seeking a highly-qualified national consultant who can provide support to the Department of International Co-operation (ICD) in the Ministry of Health (MOH) in its efforts to strengthen donor
co-ordination and improve aid effectiveness in the health sector. The main roles of the consultant will be to support the HPG coordinator in promoting greater policy dialogue in the health sector and ensuring the smooth operations of the Health Partnership Group (HPG).
The successful candidate will work in the Ministry of Health, under the supervision of the HPG coordinator, and report to the Director of ICD.
