Pact, an international NGO based in Washington, DC, aims to build the capacity of local organizations to meet pressing social needs in HIV/AIDS, livelihoods, and other sectors in dozens of countries around the world. Pact Viet Nam’s program is currently focused on supporting the national HIV/AIDS response.  We provide USAID funding, technical assistance, and capacity building support to NGOs implementing prevention, care and treatment interventions, as well as policy-level initiatives. 

They are seeking two (02) talented Vietnamese nationals to join their dynamic team in Ha Noi. (The Program Officer position is for inclusion in an upcoming proposal submission and is contingent on award of funding)

I. INTRODUCTION
In order to support the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in rural areas of Vietnam, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has approved the project "Study on policy recommendations to support development of small and medium enterprises in the agriculture sector – phase 2 &3”, sponsored by Spainish government and assigned Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development.
The overall objective of the project is to provide policy recommendations to facilitate the growth of agricultural and rural SMEs in Vietnam so as to generate more employment for rural labor, increase rural incomes and promote the competitiveness of enterprises.

The "Financial planning capacity to reduce domestic violence" project implemented by the Vietnam Women's Union and supported by the Spanish Agency for International
Development Cooperation (AECID) is looking for consultant(s) to develop training material and develop/revise communication material.

Technical Assistance to Business Registration Reform in Vietnam" Project (BRR) is co-funded by the Swiss Government, the Norwegian Goverment and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). The project aims to provide policy and technical advice towards the achievement of nationwide business registration reform. As a result, enterprises will be able to register for business, tax code, statistics and seals through a single-point, using a consolidated form and obtain a unique enterprise ID. National capacities, as well as capacities in 63 provinces, will be developed to simplify the legal framework, processes and procedures and to set up and operate the computerized National Business Registry System (NBRS).
