For your information, UNDP Viet Nam is seeking technical and financial proposals from qualified international consultants to provide consultancy service for Public Administration Reform project in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA).
Consultant’s objectives is to assure the quality of project activities by coordinating inputs and monitoring the outputs produced by project consultants/subcontracts, following the overall project strategy and plan as set forth in the Detailed Project Outlines (DPO), and Annual Project Work-plans (AWPs).

Oxfam Quebec (OQ) is an international non-government organisation operating in Vietnam since 1991. Its mission is to facilitate the poverty reduction, gender equality and capacity enhancement. OQ regional office in Hanoi is looking for competitive candidates for one (01) position of IT consultant. The main tasks of the position are:
- Develop and maintain the IT infrastructure of the OQ office, including network systems which includes 01 server with Oxfam-Québec, 22 active desktops, 08 laptops at OQ office (at 1st and 3rd Floor, 22 Le Dai Hanh, Ha Noi). - Maintain the mail system, anti-virus and anti-spam protection, server backup/restore, etc.
UNDP is supporting the Government of Vietnam with the Project “Support to the Improvement and Implementation of the National Targeted Programmes on Poverty Reduction” VIE/02/001 Project from 2002 to 2010 for the improvement and implementation of the National Target Programme on Poverty Reduction (NTP-PR) and Programme 135 Phase II or SEDEMA (Socio-economic Development Programme for Ethnic and Mountainous Areas). A new UNDP supporting project of “Strengthen Capacity for CEMA in Ethnic Minority Policy Formulation, Implementation and Monitoring” (EMPCD), which starts in 2008 and is built on the results of the on-going VIE/02/001 project.
The 1st phase of the Project “Promoting Greater Involvement of People Living with HIV (GIPA) in Viet Nam” for the period 2005-2008 has completed, while its 1 year extended phase for 2009 will be ended in December 2009. The project is implemented by the Vietnam Women’s Union in partnership with UNV and UNAIDS. Geographically, it covers four provinces: Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh and Ha Noi, where a large number of people living with HIV exist in couple with a large number of available supports and self help groups for PLHIV.
