The Australian Aid Program is seeking an Executive Manager – Human Development Programs. The position will be based in the Australian Embassy, Hanoi.
The Executive Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of Australian Aid Program scholarships in Vietnam. She/he will also have responsibility for oversight of health and HIV programs.. She/he will manage four staff and report to the Counsellor- Development Cooperation. This is a full-time position.

The successful candidate will meet the following selection criteria:

Essential:
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Familiarity with the Australian higher education sector;
- Demonstrated high level of communication and negotiation skills;

The Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and Development (AECID) was created by the Royal Order 1527 of November, 11, 1988, as the administering body for the Spanish International Co-operation policies within the Secretary of State for International Cooperation and under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. AECID is the technical organization responsible for the design, implementation and management of the cooperation projects and programs through its own resources or the collaboration with other national and international organizations and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO).

Oxfam Quebec (OQ) is an international non-government organisation operating in  Vietnam since 1991. Its mission is to facilitate the poverty reduction, gender equality and capacity enhancement. OQ regional office in Hanoi is looking for competitive candidates for one (01) position of IT consultant. The main tasks of  the position are:

- Develop and maintain the IT infrastructure of the OQ office, including network systems  which includes 01 server with Oxfam-Québec, 22 active desktops, 08 laptops at OQ office (at 1st and 3rd Floor, 22 Le Dai Hanh, Ha Noi).
- Maintain the mail system, anti-virus and anti-spam protection, server backup/restore, etc.

Animals Asia Foundation is a Hong Kong-based government-registered animal welfare charity founded by Jill Robinson MBE in 1998. It is devoted to the needs of wild, domesticated and endangered species throughout Asia and dedicated to ending cruelty and restoring respect for all animals. In Vietnam, Animals Asia has signed an agreement with the Government of Vietnam to rescue 200 bears and to establish a world class Vietnam Bear Rescue Centre (VBRC) in Tam Dao National Park, Vinh Phuc Province. Our primary goals are to end bear farming, contribute to the conservation of bears in Vietnam and in the region and improve the welfare of such bears already in captivity.
