Founded in 1965, Counterpart International is a diverse, non-profit, international development organization dedicated to helping people in need in the areas of effective governance and institutions, food security and nutrition, and economic development. Overall Responsibilities: HAIVN seeks a Program Manager to work in Hanoi and provide guidance and coordination for programmatic activities associated with the implementation of HAIVN projects in the Northern Provinces of Vietnam. The Program Manager will work closely with HAIVN partners on general program activities, including administration, implementation and reporting. She/He will work under the direct supervision of the Medical Director (Hanoi based) and in close cooperation with other staff in Vietnam.
Spark Center for Social Entrepreneurship Development (Spark) is a local NGO which was recently established under the umbrella of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) and is co-founded by SNV, Pact, SRD and Cecodes. The objectives of Spark are to:
