Overall Responsibilities: HAIVN seeks a Program Manager to work in Hanoi and provide guidance and coordination for programmatic activities associated with the implementation of HAIVN projects in the Northern Provinces of Vietnam. The Program Manager will work closely with HAIVN partners on general program activities, including administration, implementation and reporting. She/He will work under the direct supervision of the Medical Director (Hanoi based) and in close cooperation with other staff in Vietnam.
