Duties and responsibilities
Under the authority of the AMP Office manager, the Administrative Secretary will be responsible for providing secretariat and administrative support to the office, including:

- Draft English & Vietnamese correspondence, finalize correspondence/reports for signature;

The socio-economic development plan (SEDP) is one of the crucial tools for local government at different levels to guide and manage all aspects of the socio-economy. The renovation and transition of the economy from centralization to socialist oriented market economy initiated by the Vietnam Communist Party since 1986 has urged the Government to change its ways of guiding and managing socio-economic activities especially its ways of planning at different levels.

Australian Red Cross (ARC) in Vietnam is looking for Quality and Development Project Officer in Ha Noi. This position will work on a Climate Smart Community-based Disaster Risk Reduction (CS-CBDRR) Project funded by AusAID.  S/he will support the Project Consortium Partners ARC, Vietnam Red Cross (VNRC), German Red Cross (GRC) in the project design, planning and monitoring.  S/he will also give guidance to project staff to improve the quality of the project’s management and implementation, with a focus on M&E and the production of high quality project reports.
