Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is an international non-government organization doing relief and development work in more than 55 countries. MCC has been involved in community development efforts in Vietnam for more than 60 years. A majority of our current work is focused in Quang Ngai, Phu Tho and Hoa Binh provinces.
Location: Based in Hanoi, (expected travel to all MCC project sites.)

I. Background:
Since 2015 until now, Good Neighbors International (GNI) has collaborated with the People's Committees of communes in Hoa Binh, Tuyen Quang and Thanh Hoa Province to implement the income generation groups (IGG)/interest groups/cooperative programs. In addition to establishing groups, GNI also provided support of fund, training on production skills and seeking output market for products of IG groups
