The Vietnam  Education Foundation (VEF) is an independent Federal Government agency created by the U.S. Congress in 2000 and funded annually by the U.S. Government through 2018. The mission of VEF is to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the United States and Vietnam by focusing on educational exchanges in the sciences (natural, physical, and environmental), engineering, mathematics, medicine, and technology (including information technology).

VEF is currently recruiting an Administration and Program Assistant to join the VEF team based in Hanoi.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization working primarily on the issue of migration and mobility. As of October 2010, IOM has 127 member states, and is working in over 460 field locations throughout the world. As the only international organization working with the entire spectrum of migrant and mobile populations during all phases of mobility, the International Organization for Migration is well placed to address migration and health issues. Health issues affect all migrants and potentially cut across different policy areas related to migration.

The UNCT-level ‘Accounting for Gender Equality’ Scorecard sets minimum standards for UNCTs to assess their performance, and to identify gaps and progress across the system. The purpose of the Gender Scorecard exercise is:

- To assist UNCTs in identifying areas in which they are meeting or not meeting minimum standards.
- To stimulate a constructive dialogue within the UNCT about the current status of support for gender equality and women’s empowerment and how it can be improved.
- To identify where technical assistance can support the achievement of minimum standards.
- To share good practice in supporting national priorities to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment.
