The United Nations Programme (UNDP), in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), is supporting the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) in Vietnam in implementation of the project named “Promoting Climate Resilient Infrastructure in Northern Mountain Provinces of Vietnam”.
