Overall Responsibilities:
HAIVN seeks a Medical Officer Assistant. The Medical Officer Assistant is responsible for supporting the work of Medical Officers in Hanoi by assisting them in providing training, technical assistance, and supervision in HIV treatment at hospitals and clinics in Hanoi and the Northern Provinces and by assisting them to plan and implement training activities for Vietnamese clinicians throughout the country.

Education for Nature-Vietnam (ENV) was established in 2000 as Vietnam’s first non-governmental organization focused on conservation of nature and the environment. Their mission is to foster greater understanding amongst the Vietnamese public about environmental issues of local, national and global significance, ranging from protection of wildlife and natural ecosystems to climate change. They employ creative and innovative strategies to influence attitudes and behavior, not only highlighting the need to protect Vietnam’s rich natural heritage and the living world around them, but also encouraging greater public participation in achieving this important and challenging tasks.

The Project “Study for policy recommendations to support for development of small and medium enterprises in agriculture sector – phase 2 and 3” (SMEs project).  They need to recruit experts “SUPPORTING THE STUDY ON ANALYSING CHANGES IN LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT SITUATION OF AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL ENTERPRISES IN CONTEXT OF ECONOMIC RECESSION”
Within the framework of this research, it is necessary to mobilize a group of experts to coordinate in conducting literature review, analysis and report writing. For this, they develop the following terms of references for the group of 5 experts as below.
