ORBIS is seeking a qualified Vietnamese national for the post “ Staff Ophthalmologist” based at the ORBIS South East Asia Regional Office in Hanoi with frequent travels to project sites in Vietnam and selected South East Asia Countries to accomplish the following main duties.
The Centre for Sustainable Rural Development (SRD) is a National NGO which inherits experience of CIDSE’s 27 years working in poverty alleviation in Vietnam. Overall Responsibilities The Project Officer is responsible for supporting the work of Medical Officers in Hanoi by assisting them in providing training, technical assistance, and supervision in HIV treatment at hospitals and clinics where USG-supported antiretroviral therapy (ARV Rx) is being initiated and by assisting them to plan and implement training activities for Vietnamese clinicians throughout the country.
Specific Responsibilities 1. Assist Medical Officer(s) to provide regular training and technical assistance in HIV care and treatment in designated hospitals and clinics.
