OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Behavior Change Communication and Social Media Advisor is responsible for the design and implementation of health promotion initiatives ranging from national campaigns to local events.  All activities will be designed to increase knowledge and promote positive health behaviors and attitudes around HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness and community responsibility for health. S/he will coordinate the sub-contracting of all BCC, social marketing and social media activities. S/he will provide technical assistance in BCC/Social Media to project partners.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement Behaviour Change Communication and health mobilization strategy for the project using innovative social media strategies;

JSI is seeking dynamic, competent and highly motivated person to as its (F&A Manager) for a public health project based in Vietnam. This project aims to strengthen the role of Civil Society Organization’s in Vietnam’s national HIV/AIDS response.

Key Responsibilities:
The Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for supporting project staff with information needed for planning, monitoring and evaluation of the program. He/She will also be responsible for working with partners to strengthen existing management information systems in the HIV/AIDS sectors, and to build capacity, especially at field level to use data for decision-making.

- Carry out daily Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) related to the program;

Part-Time Finance/Administration Officer
Challenge to Change (CtC) is a small, dynamic INGO, addressing sustainability issues, especially the causes and effects of climate change.  They are now looking for a part time Finance/Administration Officer, to work two afternoons per week, at their office in the La Thanh Hotel. 
Primary responsibilities are accounting data entry, filing receipts and supporting documentation, preparing administrative documents, maintaiing an admin/finance filing system, and arranging payments to relevant tax authorities. 
Candidates are required to have a qualification in finance or accounting, and similar experience with another organisation, preferably another International NGO. 

The Mekong Institute is an intergovernmental organization of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) with its mission to build capacity of government officials, private sectors and civil society in regional economic integration. The current thematic areas are Trade and Investment Facilitation, Rural Economic Development and Human Migration. Due to their rapid expansion, they are looking for four dynamic young professionals from the GMS countries to join their capacity building program as Program Facilitators. The Program Facilitator works in cooperation with a team leader to which he or she is assigned.  The Program Facilitator is responsible for administrative coordination and facilitative support to pre, during and post human resource development activities of assigned Program.
